The Springer harness is especially made for use with the Springer bicycle attachment and is a different design to a standard harness.

The harness has two attachment points - one on the side and one on the top of the harness.  The side attachment point is for use while riding with the Springer, the top attachment point is to use when you are walking your dog prior to a bike ride.  The webbing we use is super comfortable and prevents chaffing which is important if you are running your dog/s regularly.  We have your dog's comfort and safety in mind!

Marine grade hardware has been used in manufacturing these harnesses and just to be extra sure, we have supplied a very strong fastening clip to ensure nobody escapes at the wrong time.

If you already own a regular harness, you will need to modify it for use with the Springer.  If your dog needs a special size we can custom make a harness for you, just let us know Girth measurements.

It's a good idea to always take your dog for a quick walk and toilet prior to riding.
