Loading... Please wait...Doggles Originalz are highly engineered for your pooch. Dogs need eye protection from the sun's harmful rays or protection from the wind and flying debris just as humans do.
Research has shown that long hours in the sun without adequate eye protection increases the chances of developing eye disease. UV-absorbant sunglasses can help protect your pets eyes and your own eyes from sun damage.
Always check the label! Ideally Doggles should block 99 to 100 percent of UVA and UVB radiation. Doggles Originalz labels read "UV absorption up to 400 nm," which is the equivalent of 100 percent UV absorption.
Any dogs with the increasingly common eye disease, Pannus, should stay out of direct sun and get protection from UV light. Doggles are also a great alternative for dogs who can't stay inside during the day.
So if your dog rides in a sidecar, on a motorcycle, on the back of a ute or in any vehicle, he/she needs eye protection.

My dog is a two year old white Australian Koolie, Bess. She has Pannus and was born partly blind and deaf. This is very common with white Koolie's and because her eyes don't dilate, she tends to squint a lot in the sun which causes her to bump into things. The Doggles Originalz fit her just perfectly. She needs a few days to get used to them but I'm sure she will go ok now. Once again thank you for all your help.
