Processing your Order
Your order from TopDogs.com.au will be processed as quickly as possible and will be sent to you in secure packaging. If we happen to be out of stock of a particular colour or style, we will contact you and offer an alternative.
We send via Australia Post eParcel or by Courier around Australia. You have a choice of regular mail or express. Once your order has shipped you will be notified as to method of shipping complete with tracking numbers.
Orders Shipped by Australia Post
Delivery times vary from State to State but generally expect your parcel between 2 - 4 business days once shipped. Rural areas may take a little longer. All items require a signature upon delivery, are fully insured and trackable. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately.
Orders Shipped by Courier (business address only)
For Couriered items signature is required upon receipt of your goods and delivery should be between 2 and 4 business days depending on where you live.
If no-one is home to take delivery of your parcel, the Courier will leave a card - all you have to do is call them to arrange a suitable time for redelivery. If your product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time please contact us immediately.
Tracking your Order
All orders are sent with a tracking number, are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. When your order is "Shipped" you will receive a notification from us advising method of shipment. We encourage you to log into "My Account" on our website - here you will be able to view the status of your orders with all tracking numbers.
International orders are dispatched via Australia Post - a tracking number and estimated delivery time will be provided once your order has shipped.
