Shipping & Returns



Processing your Order


All orders are processed as quickly as possible and sent to you in secure packaging. If we happen to be out of stock of a particular colour or style, we will contact you and offer an alternative. 


When you place an order online you will be taken through PayPal checkout, it's totally secure.  PayPal uses SSL encryption to encrypt data between PayPal and your browser with the latest technology and procedures to protect the security of all transactions.  If  you prefer not to order online, please give us a call on 07-38990066 for a phone order or download an Order Form and send us a fax. 

Australian Orders
We send via Australia Post or by Courier around Australia - generally this is overnight once your order has been processed.   Most times you will  have your order within 4 days but please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.  For Couriered items we deliver only to business addresses as signature is required upon receipt and delivery. 

International orders
We will advise you at time of order of additional freight charges.  The freight charges on our website are for Australian delivery only.  International orders are dispatched via Australia Post and delivery times will alter depending on where you live. Generally allow 10 days but it depends on where you live.
 
Refunds
We do not refund on any product for any reason except if there is a manufacturing fault.  Please return your item to us within 7 days of receipt complete with the original packaging.  We will be more than happy to replace your item for the same product or something of equal value.  If your item is faulty, we will refund the price you paid for your item using the same method of payment.

All our products are checked and chosen with great care before we dispatch and are sent to you in perfect condition.

Exchanges
If the item you have chosen is either too small or too large we will happily exchange for the correct size - all you have to do is return to us in a SALEABLE condition within seven (7) days and at your own expense (that means your item must be unused and all packaging in perfect condition).

We do not refund on outgoing shipping. Please include return postage for the exchange. If you are unsure what size you need, contact us before returning for exchange - we will be happy to assist.
