Any returns should be sent to TopDogs, PO Box 266 Cannon Hill Qld 4170, with a copy of your Invoice, within 7 days of delivery, product unopened, unused and all packaging in tact.
We will be happy to issue you with a store credit, excluding delivery costs, or send you the correct size/style and reserve the right to examine the returned item in question before exchanging, applying a credit or a refund if faulty.
We do not refund on outgoing shipping - please include return postage for the exchange or credit card details. If you are unsure what size you need, contact us before returning for exchange - we will be happy to assist.
We do not refund on any product for any reason except if there is a manufacturing fault. If your item is faulty, we will refund the price you paid for your item using the same method of payment or if you prefer, we will apply a store credit on your customer account for the cost of the item you purchased, excluding delivery charges.

If the item you have chosen is either too small or too large we will happily exchange for the correct size - all you have to do is return to us in a SALEABLE condition within seven (7) days and at your own expense (that means your item must be unused and all packaging in perfect condition).
