The personal information you send to us with your orders remains solely with Topdogs.com.au. The information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and Australian law.  This information is only accessible by authorised staff within our business.  We do NOT store any credit card or bank account information used when you make a payment to us.

We will not sell, trade, rent or share your personal information, which includes your name, address ,email address, telephone number or any payment information to any other individual or organization - unless this is required or authorised by law or if you have consented to our passing this information on.

Credit Card Details:

Credit Card details are only used for completing your order.  Your credit card details are never kept on file as they are securely destroyed once the order has been processed - your personal details are not disclosed to anyone.  We do not and will not sell or provide your details to any other party for any purpose whatsoever other than those needed to complete your transaction.

Collecting Information:

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.   This means we may need to contact you in order to complete your transaction with us.
 
The type of information we will collect about you when you place an order includes (but may not be limited to):

Your Address
Phone number
Email address

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date according to information contained in your order. You can check this information by emailing us or by logging into your customer account with us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Mailing List:

If you joined our mailing list (that was a good idea!), we keep your email address on file so we can let you know about new products - especially at Christmas time. We will not sell, trade, rent or even share this information.

Sometimes we may need to email or phone you to discuss something with your order but this is rare.
