For your convenience we have provided several different payment methods. Not everyone wants to purchase online so choose the method that suits you best at checkout.
All our prices are shown in Australian Dollars by default unless you select your local currency to display whilst shopping. You will be billed in Australian Dollars only.
These are our payment options:
Credit Card Online:
We accept payment via Visa or MasterCard through our secure online checkout. We use ANZ eGate as our credit card processing facility and you will be redirected to an ANZ secure page for payment if you select the credit card option at checkout. No credit card data or information is stored on our site.
Phone and pay by Credit Card:
If you would like to pay for your order by phone, please call us on 07 38990066, or alternatively we will be happy to call you, just leave a message with your order. We accept payments using Visa or Mastercard - no credit card data or information is stored on our website. We DO NOT keep credit card details on file.
It is a federal offence for any website to retain any information relating to credit cards - as soon as we have processed your payment, your credit card details are securely destroyed.
If you choose this option at checkout, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal payment page. Please note you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this method. Use your credit card as normal when you go through PayPal.
For your information, PayPal is the largest and most respected online payment processor on the internet with well over 8 million users. PayPal uses SSL encryption to encrypt data between PayPal and your browser with the latest technology and procedures to protect the security of all transactions.
You can also pay for your order using your own PayPal account. PayPal offers the ability to store your credit card details and bank account details meaning you can choose how you want to pay by logging into your PayPal account. If you already have a PayPal account established, you may use this to pay for purchases - it's free.
Deposit directly into our bank account. Our banking details are provided once your order has been completed at checkout should you choose this method of payment. It's a good idea to email or phone us when your bank deposit has been made. Goods will not be shipped until payment is credited to our account.
We accept Australian cheques only - goods will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared - please allow 5 working days once the cheque has been banked.
Fax an Order:
Download an Order Form and fax your order to 07 33991253. Please record payment details on the Order Form if you are paying with your credit card.
Post an Order:
Download an Order Form and post with payment to TopDogs, PO Box 266, Cannon Hill Qld 4170 Australia. Please record payment details on the Order Form if you are paying with your credit card.
Processing your Order
All orders are processed as quickly as possible and sent to you in secure packaging. If we happen to be out of stock of a particular colour or style, we will contact you and offer an alternative.
Suspected Credit Card Fraud
We reserve the right to delay shipping of any order which we deem to be of a possibly fraudulent nature while we investigate the payment. We will contact you to discuss the matter. We will not send stock, even after payment, in the event that we believe a credit card has been used without authorisation. In this event, we will aim to resolve the issue with the buyer and if we are not satisfied that the credit card transaction is fully legitimate, we may choose to refund the transaction and cancel the order. Please understand that it is important for us to protect ourselves and our customers from credit card fraud. This applies also to possible fraudulent transactions made via PayPal.
